JA SOLAR Co, Ltd. is a photovoltaic (PV) products manufacturing company whose main industrial chain includes the production of silicon wafers. The company regards photovoltaic auxiliary equipment and materials and photovoltaic application scenario solutions as its two main development directions. It continues to further promote the "one body with two wings" strategy. In 2019, it officially traded on the A-share market (stock title: "JA Solar Technology Co., Ltd."; stock code: 002459).
In the first quarter of 2022, JA SOLAR is now available in 135 countries and regions, where it is used for electricity generation for ground-mounted power plants, commercial and industrial building rooftops and residential rooftops in the decentralised photovoltaic system. The benefits of the global provision are clear, with a cumulative delivery of battery components with a capacity of over 95 GW, which when applied to power generation is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by over 100 million tonnes a year.
